Ticket Information

2024 Commencement Tickets

To help you and your loved ones celebrate this important milestone, each graduate can get six tickets to the commencement ceremony in Sturrus. You can also request additional tickets to the alternate viewing location in the Kretschmer Recital Hall in the Arts & Music Center (AMC), where the ceremony will be live-streamed on video.

For loved ones not in attendance at one of those places, we will offer professional live video of the event on Aquinas College's YouTube channel.

All attendees are required to have a ticket to enter the event. Lost tickets cannot be replaced or reprinted.

Graduates can pick up their commencement tickets at GradFest on April 22, 2024, from 12 to 2 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. in the Wege Ballroom. A student ID is required to pick up tickets. Requests for extra tickets can be made through this Google form (link coming soon), active on the day of Grad Fest, April 22nd. Graduates will be limited to additional tickets (in the order the forms were received) until the supply runs out.

(2024 Date TBD) Starting Monday, April 24, students will be notified via email if they will receive extra tickets and when they can be picked up. Again, ID is required to pick up tickets.

Accessible Seating Tickets

Accessible seating is located in various areas of the commencement ceremony facility for convenient access to entrances/exits, restrooms, and assistance from AQ personnel (if requested). An accessible seating area will be offered on the main floor for individuals with mobility impacts who request this by April 21, 2024. Tickets will be picked up at GradFest on April 22nd.

Accommodation Request Form

Instructions and arrival times for individuals requesting accommodations will be emailed before the commencement events. Due to limited capacity, only the person needing accommodations and one additional guest may sit in the designated accessible seating area. These seats count toward your allotted in-person tickets.

Graduates can email any questions or concerns about commencement accommodations to Dr. Christine DeWildt, Coordinator of Accessibility Services, at dewildtc@huiyaosg.com.
